Situation recognition based tele-screen service technology is surrounding the situation, information in conjunction with bi-directional exchange of information and advertising contents to provide the next generation of digital signage technology, Smart City for establishing mutual communication. Time, space, and user behavior, such as tele-screen environment consisting of a variety of elements based on the current situation and to identify the appropriate content will be provided. Due to the popularization of SNS-based smart media devices formed civil partnerships are being spread to the community.
